information about shipping costs, delivery times and our returns policy.
Shipping Costs
- Western Cape: R100
- National deliveries: R140
- Free shipping: On orders of R1,000 or more.
- International shipping: Available, with costs calculated according to the destination country and parcel weight.
Delivery Times
We aim to get your SWAGG order to you as quickly as possible.
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days.
- Extended delivery times: Some products may have longer lead times due to availability. Please refer to the individual product listing for the estimated delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, courier
delays and the delivery destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Our returns policy allows you to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Include the original packaging and tags, where applicable.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at info@swagg.co.za before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Discount or promotional vouchers.
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged or soiled.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Customised or personalised items, where applicable.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law. Exchanges may be considered at our discretion, subject to availability and the item meeting our return conditions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund or exchange has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow the relevant processing time for the funds to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
